VibeScanner is a digital security analysis service. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless one of the explicit exceptions below applies.
Refund Exceptions
- Duplicate charge for the same purchase.
- Service failure where the core purchased function is not delivered.
- GPT guidance was explicitly included in the purchased offer at checkout, but the GPT guidance feature was unavailable at delivery time.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access remains active until the end of the current paid period, unless a refund is approved under the exceptions above.
EU/UK Digital Content Notice
For customers in the EU/UK, by starting immediate digital delivery you acknowledge and agree that your withdrawal right may be waived once performance begins.
